Through this process, I am able to assist students in identifying their areas of proficiency and areas in need of improvement, and to understand the steps necessary to enhance their performance. Furthermore, this approach serves as a motivator for students, encouraging them to apply greater effort to their homework and assignments and take ownership of their own learning. Additionally, weekly feedback ensures that students remain on course with their learning and provides me with the opportunity to monitor their progress and provide feedback to parents, enabling me to identify any potential difficulties and provide timely interventions. This approach ensures that students are well-prepared for their academic endeavors and fosters an environment of continuous improvement.
Assessment Preparation
Students will be given access to comprehensive review materials and practice assessments to supplement their learning. These assessments will be evaluated, and feedback will be provided to assist students in understanding their strengths and areas for improvement. Additionally, students will be guided through effective study practices that will aid in their success. This includes an emphasis on the importance of early start of studies, regular review of material, development of a personalised study plan, completion of tasks under timed conditions, and minimising distractions during study time (such as no music and mobile phones).
